Einblick ins Bildarchiv der Nachrichtenagentur III

For the very first time, the news agency is opening the doors of its normally inaccessible photo archive in Zurich. The collection comprises more than ten million photographs and is considered a unique visual memory of Switzerland. In free guided tours (in German), visitors will have the rare opportunity to explore this impressive world of images.

The tours last about one hour and will take place on September 4, 11, and 17, 2025, each starting at 6 p.m. They feature historical image carriers, insights into the archive’s daily work, and selected highlights from history.

Participation is limited, and registration is required.
