The association Impulsion is pleased to present the third edition of “FORMAT”, introducing a new outdoor route for an exhibition that aims to redefine how we perceive images in public space. Far from institutional venues, FORMAT offers a visual immersion where artworks resonate with the surrounding natural environment.

Walk, breathe, observe
Winding through paths, clearings, and summits, the images are embedded in a breathtaking setting. Visitors are invited to wander through the landscape, physically immerse themselves in the exhibition, and slow down. Here, each image becomes a visual pause, a breath. The 2025 edition offers a fresh perspective on this territory, by placing the image back in a natural context that reveals its poetic and sensory power.

Twelve Swiss artists
Zoé Aubry, Renate Buser, Lucas Dubuis, Fabian Boschung, Olivier Lovey, Maciej Czepiel, Léonie Rose Marion, Rebecca Bowring, Christelle Boulé, Romain Mader, Thomas Anaheim Lambert and Delphine Burtin.
They present large-format works, created specifically to engage in dialogue with the site. No set theme: full creative freedom prevails, and this diversity is reflected in the forms, approaches, and narratives presented.
