Parfois, la nuit brings together three artistic practices and three distinct projects centred on a cross-cutting theme: the blurred boundary between reality and fiction, and the traditions that stem from this in the collective and individual imagination.
The exhibition winds its way through dreams and distant memories that elude us, fuelling our troubled, even hallucinatory recollections. It provides a space for dialogue between these artistic languages, which seek, hide and find one another, ultimately giving rise to a shared narrative and a need for introspection.
