Experience an immersive Sound Healing & Meditation Workshop amidst the powerful photography of Pulse of the Earth. Guided by Lisa Mariposa, this intimate session invites you to reconnect with nature’s rhythm through sound, breath, and stillness.
As part of the exhibition Pulse of the Earth, Galerie Sechs is pleased to present a unique Sound Healing & Meditation Workshop led by Lisa Mariposa — a dedicated yoga teacher, sound healer, and ceremonial guide.
Set among powerful landscape photographs, this intimate session invites up to 8 participants to reconnect with nature through a deeply sensorial experience of sound and stillness.
Lisa will guide you through a gentle meditation, followed by an extended sound journey featuring live instruments such as crystal bowls, koshi bells, nova drum, kalimba, and medicine songs rooted in indigenous traditions.
This 90-minute session offers a sacred space for introspection, deep relaxation, and emotional resonance — echoing the rhythms and stillness captured in the photography of Pulse of the Earth. Participants will also be invited to explore other natural sound instruments in the gallery’s interactive installation, including rainsticks, ocean drums, and nutshell shakers.
