Sul muro dei poster della cameretta, sulle prime pagine dei giornali, nei film di Hollywood, sui piedistalli di monumenti o sui social media: Ovunque troviamo gli amati, i lodati e gli osannati. Ma cosa caratterizza gli eroi?
Le fotografie dell’Archivio Fotografico Ringier (RBA) svolgono un ruolo centrale nel contesto di eroi ed eroine: mostrano la messa in scena e decadute di star popolari sulle prime pagine dei giornali o in storie di cronaca, servono a riflettere sulla rappresentazione visiva di figure eroiche stereotipate e di pose eroiche, o forniscono approfondimenti su diverse culture di tifosi e carriere sportive. Nella mostra incontriamo anche innumerevoli celebrità nazionali e internazionali come Ferdy Kübler, Martina Hingis, Aretha Franklin, Muhammad Ali, Meryl Streep, Albert Einstein, Vreni Schneider, Martin Luther King e il generale Guisan.
Un’intelligenza artificiale (IA) accompagna il pubblico in un viaggio eroico attraverso la mostra e lo incoraggia a riflettere sull’eroismo e sui propri possibili superpoteri attraverso il dialogo. Infine, è possibile portare a casa una cartolina del viaggio dell’eroe generata dall’intelligenza artificiale.
